How complicated the process would be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Between vet visits, paperwork, airline policies, and worrying about Kaya\u2019s safety and comfort, the whole thing felt overwhelming. And while I\u2019d do it all again in a heartbeat, I now know just how many moving parts are involved in bringing a furry companion across the ocean.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you&#8217;re considering relocating to France and you can&#8217;t imagine doing it without your pet\u2014I see you, and I\u2019ve got your back. Here\u2019s what I\u2019ve learned (and what I now help others do) when it comes to international pet relocation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Step 1: Understand the Paperwork (It\u2019s More Than You Think)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">France is a pet-friendly country, but it\u2019s also big on regulations.
