“Ashley at Chez Moi Alsace was an immense help to my husband and I as we transitioned from a house outside Paris to an apartment in Strasbourg. Her knowledge of the market made her council invaluable as we narrowed in on neighborhoods and properties, and she held our hands as we put together a competitive and thorough rental dossier. She arranged and accompanied us to all of the apartment visits, interfaced with the agents in fluent French, helped us evaluate the pros and cons of each property, and walked us through the administrative aspects of evaluating and signing the lease. She was always prompt in communicating with us and her efficiency both put us at ease during what could have been a stressful process and ultimately led to a successful closing on our first choice apartment. And all of this was accomplished in a two week timeframe. We cannot recommend Ashley more highly if you are considering relocating to Alsace. She’s a class act.”
